No. You can see both allied health professionals without a referral. Your level of cover on your private health insurance will determine whether you are eligible for a rebate. Please check with your provider.

A GP can refer eligible patients with a chronic health condition to a Physiotherapist (Item No. 10960) and/or Exercise Physiologist (Item No. 10953). This entitles patients to up to 5 services per calendar year. This service is not bulk-billed, however you are eligible for a rebate. We accept cash and credit card payments. We have a merchant facility in use to process private health insurance. If you have a Medicare referral, we can process your rebate once full payment has been made.

Besides a good old chinwag, we will take a detailed history and physical assessment of the area of concern. Manual therapy and/or exercise therapy will be prescribed, and a treatment plan will also be developed.

A thorough health history will be taken during the initial consultation. We will discuss your current lifestyle habits, set goals and work through an appropriate, individualised exercise program. Laughter may also be prescribed. Subsequent sessions will look at reviewing set goals and the exercise program.

As a Physiotherapist, Harris will often diagnose, complete his treatment and then provide you with homework. Angelique prefers you to put in the work during your 1:1 sessions or small group exercise classes. There is no “hands-on” therapy, more DIY! ​Harris is your 'go-to' for musculoskeletal & sports physiotherapy. Angelique assists those with chronic disease (think Cancer, Heart disease, etc.) and loves to make people strong and healthy, fostering confidence in a private gym-like environment. We would appreciate any reports/scans relating to your area of concern. If you do not have any, that is okay. We would also like any referrals to be brough to the consultation. Otherwise, wear comfortable attire, bring some water and a good attitude!
